We are in the early days.  Right now all features of the app are free.  When that changes, likely January of 2024, you will receive a notification letting you know what pricing options are available.  

We plan to always offer a free version that helps you stay on top of your own comps but trading for new comps and other advanced features will require a paid plan. 

Here's the great news, if you start using the app during this free period, we consider you an "Early Adopter" and you will be rewarded with a lower fee once we do start charging.  And, any information that you have entered or have traded up to that point will continue to be available to you. 

Yes, click "LOGIN" in the menu bar or here. You will find a slimmed-down web version of the app that will allow you to enter comps with a keyboard.  The next time you open the app on your phone, those comps will be waiting for you.

We gotcha covered.  Tap on My Account > Lease Expirations and see all your upcoming expirations for comps where you are one of the brokers on the deal.  They are grouped by year and sorted so you can quickly see what is coming up.  If you enable Notifications, then you will get a reminder on your phone 18 months out.

You could show your client the comps in the app or the web app (from your laptop).

But, if you want to email your client the comps:

Go to the comp you want to share with a client, tap the three dots in the upper right, tap "Share to Non Brokers," fill in your client's email address and other info and hit send.  Your client will get a pdf of the comp.  

Pro tip: If you want to send your client multiple comps, send the pdfs to your own email address then drag all the pdfs into a single email and send like you would any email.
