ACCOUNT DELETION REQUEST

We understand you'd like to delete your Broker2Broker account. We're sorry to see you go!

⚠️ Important: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

What will be deleted:

• Your profile information
• Your preferences
• Any comps that are marked Confidential.
• Your account settings and configurations

What will be retained:

• Comps that have already been traded or that have other brokers on the comp.
• Anonymized data for analytics purposes

How to delete your account:

To request account deletion, please send an email to support@broker2broker.app with the following information:

• The email address you used when registering for the app
• The phrase "DELETE MY ACCOUNT" in the subject line
• Optional: Your reason for leaving

Processing time:

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 48-72 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted.

Alternative options:

If you're experiencing issues with the app, consider these alternatives before deleting your account:

• Contact support for help with any problems
• Temporarily deactivate your account instead
• Adjust your notification settings
